Garlic Fried rice| Veg Garlic Fried Rice

Garlic Fried Rice is a main course. Like all we know fried rice is a Chinese recipe, but this is a Indo-Chinese recipe. You will definitely get the desi Indian touch. It has lots of garlic in it. For the Chinese cuisine I always use sesame oil. You can also use any of your choice.
Garlic Improves Cholesterol Levels, Which May Lower the Risk of Heart Disease. It also has lots of veggies. You can add any of the veggies or else you can even skip the vegetables. I used basmati rice, you can also use any other raw rice. Lets see the recipe.
Ingredients
Basmati rice – 1 cup
Chopped garlic – 5 to 6 tbsp.
Chopped onion – 1 no medium size
Chopped capsicum – 1 no
Chopped carrot – 1 no
Chopped beans – 10 no
Red Chilly Flakes – 1 tbsp.
Pepper powder – ½ tbsp.
Chilly sauce – 1/2 tbsp.
Soya sauce – 1 tbsp.
Sesame oil – 2 to 3 tbsp.
Salt to taste
Spring onion to garnish
Water – 4cups

Recipe
Wash the rice and soak it for min ½ hr.
Take a vessel and add  4 cups of water. Let it boil. While boiling add salt and 1 tsp oil. Water should taste like sea water.
Then add the soaked rice and cook upto 80%. Drain the water. Transfer the rice to the plate and keep aside. Let them cool.
Now take wok or kadai. The stove should be at high flame. Add the remaining oil. Oil should be very hot.
Now add the chopped garlic, cook till it turn golden brown.  Then add the chopped veggies including onion. Stir fry vegetables. Cook it for 2 to 3 mins.
Add the chilly flakes, salt, red chilly sauce and soya sauce.  Keep stir frying at high flame. Cook it for a min.
Then add the cooked rice. Mix all together, add the pepper powder. Cook it for 3 mins. Stir fry the rice.
The hot and spicy garlic fried rice ready. Transfer it to the serving bowl. Garnish it with spring onion. 
Serve it with Chilly chicken.

Note
Soya sauce will be salty so be careful while adding the salt.
